My story

I believe investing in entrepreneurship and education is the best way to create opportunities for others.

My journey began as a software developer while I studied Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at the Faculty of Technical Sciences in Novi Sad. In 2008, my classmate and longtime business partner, Vladan Ostojić, and I co-founded Vega IT with our own savings and a simple ambition: to build a company where talented people could do meaningful work, grow professionally, and enjoy the journey along the way.

What began as a small software development company has grown into a global, 900 people strong technology company, serving clients across Europe, the UK, North America, the Middle East, Africa, and Southeast Asia.

While I am proud of the business results we have achieved, I am even prouder of the culture we have built and the people who have grown alongside us. Since its founding, Vega IT has maintained an average annual growth rate of more than 30% in revenue, profit, and team size, while consistently focusing on long-term relationships with both colleagues and clients.

Beyond business, I am passionate about sharing knowledge and encouraging others to pursue their own entrepreneurial paths. In 2024, I published a book, "Život preduzetnika", later released internationally as Breaking the Overnight Success Myth, a book that openly shares the lessons, mistakes, and experiences from my entrepreneurial journey. All profits from the book go to scholarships for young talent in Serbia.

Over the years, I have had the privilege of mentoring entrepreneurs, investing in startups, speaking at conferences, and supporting initiatives that strengthen entrepreneurship, leadership, and education. I currently serve on the boards of the Digital Serbia Initiative and the Serbian Association of Managers, where I contribute to projects that strengthen the business and innovation ecosystem.
